Support

MHA have designed a comprehensive support system to ensure that help is delivered quickly and effectively. This quick guide outlines our support escalation processes.

supportNeed assistance?

Email Support: support@mhacloud.com
This is the preferred method of logging a support request with MHA. Please reboot your PC before contacting. If you have Managed Office, please log out correctly before rebooting your PC.

Emailing support will automatically generate a support case and email confirmation of receipt. If you do not receive this email receipt, please resend or escalate as below.

support1Urgent business hours support

Telephone Support: +64 9 377-2227
Telephone support is answered during business hours by the MHA Support Team. If calling outside business hours, or our Support Team are busy, you will be redirected to our answer service, who will page the on-call technician.

support2Emergency 24-7 support

Paging Service: 0800 502 055
Emergency support is available 24 hours a day by contacting our answer service, who will take your message and page the on-call technician. Charges may be incurred for misuse of this service.

This emergency number bypasses all MHA systems, ensuring that in the event of a major outage or issue a support case can still be logged.

"With the continued growth of our travel broker business we had to re-look at our IT infrastructure. MHA was able to provide a cost effective solution which enabled us to future proof our business and more importantly provide us with a robust and secure email solution with the 24 hour back up we required."
