MHA partner with Naverisk in New Zealand to deliver a complete
cloud based PC and laptop maintenance platform.
The Naverisk product allows MHA to place 'agent' software on each
of our customer PC's and get real time maintenance and monitoring
via the internet.
A clients PC could be connected to broadband at home, yet MHA
technicians are able to connect, remote support and get technical
information about the system to quickly troubleshoot any issue you
may have.
We can remotely manage Windows Updates and Antivirus providing
you monthly reporting on the health of your PC. Anything not
right is alerted to our technical team and we can often remotely
resolve the issue without even needing to bother you.
